Dezelfde dag heeft [verzoeker] als reactie daarop twee e-mails gestuurd naar [naam Managing Director] , managing director Segula Europe ( [naam Managing Director] ), en [naam HR Directeur] , HR directeur Segula International ( [naam HR Directeur] ).
In de eerste mail op die dag vermeldde hij het volgende:
“Met:
- New and special ecosystem
- non-functional planning
- inconsistent/unreliable reporting

- 2 out of 4 work-packages with returned work bringing losses
- 1 unpaid project
Delivered in 12 weeks:
- budget – my 5th week at Segula start on budget 2017
- salaries-proposal was ready and sent to you 28 sept, within the first month
- reforecasting delivered, complete and trustworthy
- efficiency and structure of meetings, check the attached last operational meeting status, and one from august
- mission/vision- I wanted to communicatie on Year kick-off meeting 12 jan
- new resource allocation planning, lean and obvious forecasting
- bonus system per every function to directly stimulate performance instead of 13th salary for all
- international collaboration reactivated
- signing on the new office
- one province body for business development activated and will make a media clip and promote us in media
- one government body activated to help with acquisition
- with High-Tech NL to give a presentation on a fair
- presence and networking at 3 technology events –> sales. I have 25 new business cards to recall, first meetings planned in dec.
SALES:
- there is a very long prospection plan with important new clients
- there is a lot of indirect sales and market has heard of Segula in the last months
- but when I approach new clients I want to use the momentum and score
- my prio is also efficiency and stability in-house, and
- in parallel I took care that sales are happening, and most existing contacts in the team are reactivated which brought results
- november realization rate is 94%, taking in account 1 full FTE sick whole month
- all coming IC’s are with good prospects to be on projects, and
- on the contrary, now recruitment is lacking to cover the attracted needs (all in our competence areas), check OM status file
- the budget 2017 would be delivered or over-met.”
In de tweede mail berichtte hij als volgt:
“- I have left a completely safe position to work on this challenge
- with your introduction that it is a very tough situation in Netherlands and your commitment for support
- no warnings for me to date
- no limitations except on the salary stimulations for the population.”.
